About Jessica Rose

My work is devoted to supporting women through seasons of transition, particularly pregnancy, postpartum and the profound changes that accompany motherhood.

I am a qualified Ayurvedic Women’s Health Consultant and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, with a practice rooted in traditional wisdom, hands-on care and nourishment as medicine. My approach is holistic, grounded and deeply respectful of the body’s innate intelligence.

Ayurveda teaches us that healing happens through warmth, rhythm, presence, and proper nourishment, especially during times of vulnerability and change. I believe women deserve to be cared for slowly, thoroughly and with reverence, rather than rushed through recovery.

Whether through bodywork, food or personalised guidance, my intention is always the same: to restore balance, rebuild strength and support the nervous system so women can feel held, confident and well in their bodies.

My Philosophy

What I Offer

Alongside bodywork, I provide Ayurvedic health consultations for women, offering personalised guidance for digestion, energy, hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions, with a particular focus on pregnancy and postpartum care.

I also offer in-home postpartum support, combining Ayurvedic bodywork, practical baby care, nourishment, and professional guidance to support mothers during the early weeks after birth.

I offer traditional and postpartum Abhyanga treatments using warm, herbal oils from my home clinic, located amongst the tranquil treetops of Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula. These treatments are designed to nourish the nervous system, support circulation and recovery, and invite deep rest.

Prana Mama

Nourishing āyurvedic meals for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Prana Mama is a collection of freshly frozen meals inspired by the wisdom of āyurveda, designed to restore digestive balance, vitality and postpartum wellbeing.

Meals are cooked with fresh, high quality produce and frozen fresh on the day of cooking, preserving nourishment while offering flexibility and ease. This allows women and families to access deeply supportive food when it’s most needed.

Meals are available to be collected at various locations on the Mornington Peninsula or delivered across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs.

My work bridges ancient tradition with modern understanding. I bring both professional training and lived experience into each session, offering care that is intuitive, evidence-informed and soul-led.

Whether you visit my clinic, invite me into your home postpartum, or work with me through consultation and nourishment, my aim is to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and gently guided back to yourself.
